The Credit Union Founded in 1937 in Pinellas County Serves Members at Seven Branches Across its South Market
Dunedin, Fla. [April 8, 2025]. – Achieva Credit Union announced today the appointment of Rey Navarro as its new Market President for the South Market, including communities in Cape Coral, Estero, Fort Myers, Lehigh, and Naples. With more than 20 years of banking experience, including leadership roles at major financial institutions, Navarro brings a proven track record in commercial lending, business development, and market expansion to the Achieva family.

In his new role, Navarro will focus on enhancing member relationships, expanding Achieva's presence in its South Markets, and supporting the growth of the credit union's business and consumer banking services. He will also lead efforts to foster community engagement and strengthen partnerships that align with Achieva’s commitment to exceptional member service.
Before joining Achieva, Navarro served as a Branch Manager at Wells Fargo, where he successfully led teams and improved client retention by enhancing customer experience strategies. His career also includes leadership roles at Bank of America, where he managed 15 financial centers and spearheaded initiatives to deepen client relationships and drive operational excellence.
