Coastal Credit Union Among Triangle’s Best Places to Work for 11th Time
RALEIGH, N.C. (August 21, 2026) – Coastal Credit Union has once again been named one of the Triangle Business Journal’s Best Places to Work for 2026. This marks the 10th time Coastal has been recognized over the past 11 years, and the 11th time overall.

The Best Places to Work winners were selected based on an employee survey conducted by Quantum Workplace. To qualify, Coastal was required to meet a minimum employee participation threshold. They earned strong marks for employee engagement and benefits, with employee feedback highlighting the organization's collaborative culture and positive work environment.
