Join Us for MSUFCU Chicago Takeover Week and Grand Opening Sept. 16-20

CHICAGO — Leading up to the grand opening celebration of its new Chicago branches, MSU Federal Credit Union (MSUFCU) is partnering with local businesses for a city “takeover” during the week of Sept. 16, 2024.

Monday, Sept. 16: PiniPico Brazilian Cafe, 1538 N. Clark St.


Tuesday, Sept. 17: Chicago Plants, 2321 W. North Ave.


Wednesday, Sept. 18: *Play, 2462 N. Lincoln Ave.


Thursday, Sept. 19: Hopsmith, 15 W. Division St.


Friday, Sept. 20: MSUFCU Branch, 2234 W. North Ave.

 

 

DETAILS:

To celebrate the grand opening of MSUFCU in Chicago, the Credit Union is providing giveaways and financial education at local businesses.

  • PiniPico Brazilian Cafe (Sept. 16): Free coffee happy hour from 1-3 p.m.

  • Chicago Plants (Sept. 17): Pick up a free plant from 2-5 p.m. and learn how you can grow your savings with MSUFCU.

  • Play (Sept. 18): Take $5 off your Play purchase from 1-4 p.m. and learn about MSUFCU youth accounts.

  • Hopsmith (Sept. 19): Stop by for one free appetizer from the select menu on MSUFCU from 4:30-6:30 p.m.

  • North Ave. Grand Opening (Sept. 20): Ribbon-cutting ceremony beginning at noon

A passport will be available at the local businesses that can be filled in for MSUFCU swag while supplies last and a chance at a pair of MSU football tickets to the homecoming game against Iowa on Oct. 19 or the Nov. 2 game against Indiana. Passports can be redeemed during business hours Friday, Sept. 20, or Saturday, Sept. 21, at the 2234 W. North Ave. MSUFCU Branch.
